MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING June 9, 2020 ROAD & BRIDGE Awarded 2020 Bonner County Asphalt Pavement Project to Wood's Crushing & Hauling, Inc. for the amount of $220,594.00 and allow the board to sign the contract. Awarded the Peninsula Rd Culverts Asphalt Patch to Interstate Concrete and Asphalt, Inc. for the amount of $25,026.45 and allowed the board to sign the contract. Accepted the bid of Wood's Crushing & Hauling for $21,454.00 to extend asphalt from Highway 200 beyond the railroad overpass at the Sunnyside Road eastern intersection. PUBLIC DEFENDER Approved Resolution #2020-43 authorizing the Public Defender's Office to destroy the documents as listed in the attached Resolution and as outlined in the Public Defender's Records Retention Policy Resolution #16-22. RECREATION Approved Resolution #2020-44 authorizing the Clerk to open the Parks budget and increase line item 030-7860 Miscellaneous Expenses in the amount of $1,580.17. Authorized Road & Bridge to engage Pend Oreille Mechanical to install one new gas furnace and convert two propane units to gas for a total bid of $5,501.47. BOCC Approved the order organizing the East Priest Lake Fire District and approve the attached map dividing the district into three sub-districts one, two and three. Approved Resolution #2020-47 allowing the General Fund Statutory Reserve Appropriation in the amount of $47,820.74 to the Commissioner's Office budget, line items as listed in the Resolution.
